Copyright and DMCA policy
Cloud Resilience Vendors, published by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd., respects intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
Sending a copyright notice
Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". The form asks for each element below. A notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site you say infringes it, with its URL.
- Your contact information, including an email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice through the same form with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages. Please check your claim before sending it.
Repeat infringers and forwarding
The site has no user uploads. If we ever publish contributed material, we will stop accepting material from anyone who repeatedly infringes. We may forward a notice, including the sender's details, to the party responsible for the material concerned.
