Cookie Policy
This policy was written by checking what the site's code actually sets and loads, published by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd.
Browser storage
The site does not write to localStorage, sessionStorage or any other browser storage. The tools work without it:
- Calculator: your inputs live only in the open page and are gone when you close or reload it.
- Compare vendors: the vendors you pick are written into the page address (
?v=) so you can share or bookmark the comparison. Nothing is saved on your device beyond your normal browser history. - Briefings tag filter: the chosen tag is kept in the page address (
?tag=) in the same way.
Third-party requests
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load. These font requests do not set cookies. The site loads no analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking scripts. Links to vendor sites and sources only contact those sites if you click them.
How to control cookies and storage
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings, then Privacy or Site data. You can also block third-party requests such as web fonts with your browser or an extension; the site will still work and fall back to system fonts. For how we handle personal information more generally, see the privacy policy. Questions can go through the contact form.
